About Tracy

Empowering Small Organizations to Thrive
I started out like many others, just a mom who wanted to help. In 2013, I began volunteering at school events, and year after year, I found myself joining committees, organizing fundraisers, and working behind the scenes to support students and build community spirit.

That hands-on experience taught me a lot. I learned how to structure a nonprofit, plan fundraising campaigns that actually work, keep volunteers engaged, and create programs that last. Eventually, I co-founded my own nonprofit and began helping other small, grassroots, and parent-run organizations do the same.

Today, I specialize in guiding groups through the essential steps of starting and sustaining a mission: from 501(c)(3) setup to fundraising, donor communication, volunteer retention, and community outreach. I believe in keeping things simple, sustainable, and tailored to the unique challenges smaller organizations face.

If you're building something special for your school or community, I’m here to help you lay the foundation and keep the fire going.

Let’s make it happen, together.
